970x125
The Charlotte Hornets and Golden State Warriors cross swords in what promises to be an exhilarating showdown between two high-volume 3-point shooting teams. The game will take place at the Chase Center in San Francisco on Saturday, with tip off slated for 8:30 p.m. EST (5:30 p.m. PT).
The Warriors enter this game to sweep the season series after recording a 132-125 win when these two teams played in Charlotte at the end of last year. Steph Curry and the Warriors are trending in the right direction and playing their best basketball of the season. Steve Kerr’s men are eighth in the West with a 23-19 record, also winning seven of their last 10 contests.
Thanks for the submission!
Meanwhile, the Hornets arrive in San Francisco high on confidence after thrashing the LA Lakers by 18 points on Thursday. LaMelo Ball and his crew are a potent offensive force that is more than capable of shooting any team out of the game. Kon Knueppel, Brandon Miller and Mles Bridges bring firepower on the court, which is difficult for opponents to contain.

Charlotte Hornets starting lineup
The Hornets’ starting lineup was absolutely incredible on the road against the Lakers on Thursday. Ball led the charge with 30 points and 11 assists, while he also knocked down nine shots from beyond the arc. Miller chipped in with 26 points and five assists, Bridges scored 25 points and knocked down five 3-pointers and Knueppel added 19 points.
All four players are healthy and available to suit up against the Warriors. It would be interesting to watch how the quartet fares against the Warriors squad, which has defended well at home.
Moussa Diabate started in the center position in the previous game, but is listed as questionable with right hamstring soreness. If he misses out, Ryan Kalkbrenner is the likely replacement.

Jimmy Butler delivered a strong performance (32 points) against the Knicks. He will be in the frontcourt with defensive maestro Draymond Green and center Quinten Post.
