That’s right, Eli Roth is turning yet another fake trailer into a real movie. Don’t Go Into That House, Bitch! released a fake trailer back in August, but just like Thanksgiving, some ideas are too good to let go of. Roth will produce the film alongside Snoop Dog. Snoop will also be writing and producing music for the film’s soundtrack.
Variety broke the news of this story earlier today, and fans are already excited. While there are no updates on what the film is actually about, it is described as ‘The Ultimate Haunted House Movie.” We will all just have to wait and see if the film holds up to that lofty title when it is released.
Let The Hype Begin
Roth seems very excited about the film, stating, “There are some ideas that are so ridiculous they don’t let you sleep. I have always wanted to make the ultimate haunted house movie, but something unlike any we’ve seen – something full on insane and over the top. When I shared the idea with Snoop, he got it immediately and it was a no-brainer to make this film together. Snoop loves horror movies, and I want this to be the ultimate collab, bringing out the craziest from both of us. Just don’t say we didn’t warn you.”
He isn’t the only one invested in the project. MCT’s Christopher Woodrow and Raj Singh are producing the film and offered the following statement: “We are proud to be collaborating with two trailblazing creatives – Eli Roth and Snoop Dogg – to bring ‘Don’t Go in That House, Bitch!’ to life. Eli’s visionary approach to horror, combined with Snoop’s unparalleled creative energy, promises a film that will push boundaries and captivate audiences. At MCT, we’re committed to fueling bold, innovative projects like this one, and we can’t wait to share what comes of this innovative collaboration.”
So, will this be the best haunted house film of all time? Maybe. There isn’t really enough information at this time to make a judgment. However, knowing Roth, we can assume that at the very least, the film will be an enjoyable experience.
That’s all the information we have at this time. Make sure to check back here for more updates.
